Amazing location, clean, beautiful large rooms, I think recently renovated based on previous comments saying it was tired and dated, as it was modern and lovely in our room. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Pool facilities were amazing with the kids. Will 100% book here again next time we are in New Plymouth.

The staff were helpful and friendly during a busy holiday time. The rooms were very clean and tidy and beds comfortable. A dinner booking was missed and the restaurant staff went out of their way to fit us in.

It’s central to the city, rooms are just right for a night away.

Comfortable rooms. We stayed on the first floor so the room was a little dated (it appears rooms on the higher floors have been renovated). Each room has Air Con and access to the pool and spa was an added bonus. Plenty of free parking for guests onsite, and within walking distance of supermarkets. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely stay. The pool is great size and love that it’s a salt pool and a spa pool available. The room was a great size - only down fall was that the aircon was out of action but they had provided a fan and delivered cold water that night! The service by the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!
